There are times in all our lives when we face painful situations and decisions.  We may feel a need for change but not know how to achieve this.  We may be unable to cope with our present situation on our own but not know where to turn for help.

​As a counsellor I take care to create a confidential and safe environment to help you to explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and issues that may be interfering with your life.  I work with you to understand more about yourself and together find new ways and tools which will help you to make the changes you want and deal more effectively with life's challenges.
