Harm Reduction Service:
We support people to engage in meaningful and supportive activities where they can have focused time away from their drug and alcohol use. We also offer specialist harm reduction advice and information to people with drug and alcohol misuse and complex needs.
We operate a lot of our group activities to follow ‘The Five Ways to Wellbeing’, as well as working in the community, visiting clients at their temporary accommodations, building relationships and gaining insights into each individuals interests; offering activities, education and opportunities to match that particular interest. We also have a set group programme available, which will incorporate our most popular projects such as, art, singing, the wellbeing group and the gym.
Alcohol Outreach Service:
The aim of our service is to provide specialist harm reduction and recovery support to members of the street community with alcohol misuse, addiction and complex needs. We also work with new clients who are generally concerned about their consumption.
We can offer support for anyone who may have disengaged with a service and want to start engaging again, anyone that may be struggling to access a GP service, or anyone who may just feel a little lost in what help is available out there, we are here to help you.
We work closely with other agencies and partner services, to ensure the best possible outcomes and to make sure we can provide the most accurate information.
