SEN Achieve

Navigating the SEN system can be incredibly difficult and stressful for parents. Things should not be like this.

As an independent SEND adviser my aim is to work with families to help every child and young person have access to the education that they deserve and are entitled to, and ultimately to help them to achieve their potential.

I am based in Norfolk but support parents across the whole of the country.

I am an experienced and qualified teacher and SENCo with over 20 years of experience working with children and young people, ranging in age from 3 to 19.

I worked in local authority schools for 18 years, in primary, junior and secondary school settings, and have held the positions of class teacher, SENCo, Head of Teaching and Learning, Assistant Headteacher and Inclusion Leader.

I also have been writing EHCP and Tribunal appeal applications for 8 years.

This provides me with a huge amount of experience from which I can draw upon.
