Sidley Family Hub

Family and Youth Hubs cover different areas in East Sussex.  Sidley Family Hub is in the Rother area.

Activities to support your child’s learning and development:

• Early Years Play and Learn sessions - for families with children under-five with concerns about development in the prime areas such as play and interactions.
• Small Beginnings - a group for families concerned about their child’s development in communication, interactions and / or play skills.

FREE drop-in activities (Sidley Family Hub):

• Meet and Play Tuesdays, 9:45am-10:45am
• Next Steps baby group Thursdays, 9:30am-11:00am
• Baby Buddies drop-in group Fridays, 10:00am-11:30am
• After school club: for Reception to Year 6 Fridays, 3:15pm - 5:00 pm
• Owlets (Autism and speech delay group) Last Friday of the month, 9:45am - 11:30 am
• Dads drop-in group Last Saturday of the month, 9:30am - 11:00am

Your Health Visiting Team
Contact your Health Visiting Team if you are concerned about

• your child’s speech, language or communication

Or for more information on:

• health clinics for your baby or child
• postnatal workshops

You can also speak to your Early Years Setting (or nursery) about speech and language concerns. They can talk to you about early communication support.
