Description
Sussex Recovery College offers educational courses both In Person and Online via Zoom, about mental health and recovery which are designed to increase your knowledge and skills and promote self-management.
This may help you take control and become an expert in your own wellbeing and recovery and get on with your life despite mental health challenges.
All courses are free for those living in Sussex (excluding Brighton and Hove)
You can sign up for 3 courses / workshops per term.
