Tax Help for Older People

Have you received a tax letter that you do not understand? Are you unable to afford paid tax advice to help with your tax problems? We are a UK charity for older people providing free, expert, and confidential support to people who are unable to afford paid tax advice. We specialise in helping people over 60 with their tax.

We can support you with your tax problem— and help you work with HMRC to resolve it. Our advisers will listen to you and help you every step of the way. We are nationwide and open Monday – Friday from 9 – 5pm except for bank holidays.

Please note our charity only supports people who are over 60 and who have an annual income of less than £20,000. We also may help you if you have considerable debts or if you are facing other hardships — such as physical or mental health problems, disabilities, domestic violence, bereavement, homelessness, or anything else that stops you from getting help.
