All care at Chanctonbury Healthcare is geared towards individual requirements, right across our three care homes: Queensmead in Polegate; Oaklands Court in Horam; and Alfriston Court in the village of Alfriston, in the Cuckmere Valley.
We know that the journey to residential care can be challenging for you and your family and friends with countless decisions to be made, most often terribly confusing. We are truly able to help guide you as you begin this quest and you’ll soon realise that, with our help, it’s not as daunting as you first imagined.
Your journey with us will begin with a phone conversation initially, or even an email, (due to current restrictions), and then we can organise a ‘virtual visit’ to the home of your choice in Alfriston, Horam or Polegate. We can start to get to know each other and ensure you will receive the right level of residential care to meet your needs, or indeed, the needs of a loved-one, if you’re searching on behalf of someone else. Our approach is completely flexible and we work diligently with you discussing and agreeing all your requirements. Don’t forget, our daily life totally revolves around our residents, where we treat everyone as an individual. We never forget that this will be your home… with our award- winning care.
All our care homes provide a really warm welcome and you will be surrounded by genuinely friendly smiles and encouraging words to make you feel at home right from the start. In fact, we’re always being singled out and congratulated on the way we treat and care for our residents, right from day one.
