A support/social group for people with ME/CFS and similar illnesses.

This is a small, relaxed and friendly group that meet for tea/coffee/cake and a chat. Sometimes we organise a short talk, or an easy trip out.

Usually we meet at 11:30 on the second Wednesday of each month in Crowborough or surrounding villages, and on Zoom weekly. Please email for more information.
