Little Dippers

The Little Dippers programme teaches babies key water safety techniques in a fun and nurturing environment.

Classes take place in our private warm water pool at the Little Dippers' Centre in Upper Gardner Street, BN1.

Our programme gently introduces different skills in line with your babies natural development, and water confidence through the repetition of commands, songs and games. While the focus is on water safety your baby will also benefit from stronger heart and lungs, increased muscle and cognitive development with improved eating and sleeping patterns. While for parents' it is a lovely opportunity to bond with your new baby and meet other new parents.

Classes take place 7 days a week with a maximum of 7 babies in class to ensure a calm environment for both baby and parent.
