Regular Vinyasa Yoga Classes for Adults and for Teenagers in Lewes

Tamsin has been practising yoga for 20 years and teaching for 6 years. She trained as a professional dancer and has 20 years experience teaching Dance at Further Education and Degree level. From her lifelong knowledge of body work she is adept and working with individuals to help them to maintain balance in both their bodies and minds.
