Description
Come and enjoy some yoga on the beach in Seaford on Wednesdays. Options after to enjoy a sauna on the beach and swim also.
Time is Wednesdays 12.15-13.00 cost £7
The class is gentle hatha with levels of difficulty from gentle to moderate with options given if you don't like hands and knees. Some optional flow and always time to enjoy the sound of the sea, stretch, breathe in the sea air, smile and relax.
