Description
Traditional Shotokan Karate. Kihon, Kata & Kumite.
Every Monday and Wednesday 7pm to 8-30pm. Training content covers Traditional Shotokan Karate, basics, kata, kumite & Ladies self defence. Preparation for gradings, competition training and specific problems addressed. Juniors (16 years+) and adults. New members please arrive by 6.45pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Affiliated to Academy of Shotokan Karate Sensei D Hazard. See website for further information.
