Fit and Fab Mummies
We run fitness classes for pregnant and postnatal women. Babies are welcome to all of our classes.
Instructors are qualified in pre and postnatal fitness as well as being Adore Your Pelvic Floor coaches with a keen interest in women's health.
Suitable for women who have had caesareans/abdominal surgery/hernias/diastasis recti or who are suffering with any pelvic floor issues.
