The Robertsbridge Aviation Society and Museum is a non-profit making organisation run entirely on a voluntary basis, with the sole aim of catering for the interests and activities of the aircraft enthusiast. The museum collection was founded in 1973 and includes exhibits covering civil and military aviation, past and present. Many of the items on display are of Sussex origin, and come from the sea, (often trawled up by fishermen), digs (always under the strict adherence to guidelines and avoiding sensitive sites) and objects donated by the public.
