Four weekly singing groups for older people, or anyone with long-term health problems, e.g. Asthma, Lung Disease, Parkinson's, Depression, Cancer, Stroke.
Our friendly sessions aim to improve breathing, posture and overall health and wellbeing. They are also a great opportunity to make friends and have fun!
All groups are lovely and very supportive towards newcomers! We run 4 groups per week:, all with the same login details, every week, all are drop-in.
After some chatting/ catching up we start with about 10 minutes of posture/ breathing/ voice exercises, then sing songs together (Oldies, Beatles, Abba, tunes from musicals, traditional etc). I share my screen with the texts and provide the accompaniments.
