Sussex County Association of Change Ringers (SCACR)

SCACR supports and promotes the ringing of church bells throughout East and West Sussex.

The Association is run by volunteers, for volunteers. It is the umbrella organisation for traditional English change-ringing activities in Sussex. We help provide bellringing tuition and arrange practices to support our members to develop their skills. We arrange training courses, and each of our four areas has monthly ringing get-togethers - often with a social event as well as ringing. The Association also raises money for maintenance and restoration work on bell installations.
