The Hub - a place to relax, socialise and discover new interests
The Hub is a daycare and respite service for people with disabilities aged 16 and above. Offering much more than just a place to hang out, we organise a range of sensory activities including gardening, yoga, and art, and also give our customers the option to book sessions at our Leisure and Skills Centre, Patchwork Farm, or Dream Centre.
Specialist support
Offering bespoke personal support, our expert teams are committed to creating packages that are shaped around you. Our highly skilled staff includes clinical support from registered health practitioners, allowing us to deliver personalised packages to meet even the most complex of needs.
Our flexible packages also offer the option to attend the Hub with your own Personal Assistant if you wish.
How do I access the Hub?
We like to meet all of our customers personally and conduct an initial assessment to discuss needs, hobbies, interests, and aspirations for the future - which is why all our activities are booked by enquiring through us directly.
Please fill out the Hub enquiry form and we will get back to you to book in a visit.
How is my Hub package funded?
Once you’ve booked a visit at the Hub and we’re happy that it’s a good fit for you, we’ll develop a bespoke package to meet your needs by creating a personalised support plan.
Funding for the Hub is agreed upon through the use of personal budget, private payments, Local Health Authority, or clinical commissioning groups.
Once your package commences, we schedule regular reviews to check that the Hub is working for you and meeting your needs.
What our customers love about the Hub
