We are committed to supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health issues to gain independence, find employment and learn and have fun.
We want to see people with learning disabilities being respected as equal citizens, being part of and contributing to their communities and fulfilling their dreams and wishes.
All our work is informed by Our Charter created by people with learning disabilities and/or autism who want: to be listened to; have access to housing; be part of their community; have strong and supported relationships; have jobs; travel around; try new things and to be healthy.
Grace Eyre is also home to the Purple Playhouse Theatre in Montefiore Road although this is currently closed due to Covid-19.
