Description
Launched in September 2009 and consisting of a small group of dedicated 11 to 16 year olds, HYC works in partnership with local authorities, schools, voluntary organisations, youth clubs and other community-focused organisations.
Anyone aged 11 to 16 years (16 to 21 years for those with special needs), living, working or at school in Hailsham and surrounding rural areas.
