Sussex Community Development Association is rooted in making a difference in our community. That mission singularly drives everything we do. At SCDA, we draw together the best in community development practice and partnership to realise what works.

Established in 1997, SCDA works across Sussex, running community based projects and services aimed at addressing loneliness, social isolation and social cohesion. SCDA’s core values reflect our commitment to be driven by need, person centred and inclusive. Our ambition is to deliver consistently high quality projects and services with our fundamental aim to build stronger, healthier communities in partnership with other organisations, and the communities themselves.
