The Supported Employment Team in Brighton & Hove provides personalised employment support for people over the age of 18 and who have disabilities and live in Brighton and Hove.

We follow the values and methods of the Supported Employment Model and help individuals to overcome barriers to employment. We can help with paid work, volunteer work, work experience, keeping your jobs and searching for work and reasonable adjustments.

We help employers find suitable employees to the available work at no cost to the employer.
