Description
Wealden Talking News (WTN) is a registered charity producing weekly audio recordings of local news and monthly magazines, sent on memory sticks and free to anyone that has trouble reading a newspaper column. Stick players are also loaned free of charge.
FIVE EDITIONS OF NEWS
These cover a wide area of East Sussex
- Heathfield and District (including Battle and Wadhurst with surrounding villages),
- Crowborough and Uckfield,
- Hailsham and Polegate,
- Seaford and Newhaven.
- Brighton & District
- There is also a weekly features section that is of interest wherever you live.
MAGAZINES (Sussex-wide Publications)
In addition, WTN offer audio recordings of Sussex Life and Saga magazine, a WTN compilation entitled Listeners' Sussex and The People's Friend magazine.
