NHS-approved exercises

Every Monday from 11am to 12 noon in Eastbourne's Old Town Community Centre,

Learn how to stay mobile and independent for longer with movements (to some great tunes!) for Flexibility, Aerobic health, Balance and Strength.

⚖️Balances to challenge your steadiness – and embrace the wobble!

💪Push and pull against resistance to strengthen your muscles

Sit, stand or mix it up with both.
