Join Sarah from Siam Boxing Camp for our Active Hastings Junior Muay Thai class for children aged 8 to 14, at Broomgrove Community Centre.
Traditional exercises such as skipping, shadow boxing, pad and bag work are typical of traditional Muay Thai methods of training.
These methods not only enable you to reach your physical goals but are set to challenge you mentally too. Sarah encourages participants to focus on their own personal goals such as fitness, strength, stamina, confidence and self-esteem.
