Description

Home Instead Brighton, Hove and Shoreham has partnered with Cherry and Anna from the British Gymnastics Foundation to bring you a welcoming exercise group designed for everyone.

Whether you're managing limited mobility, living with Parkinson's, MS, dementia, or recovering from surgery or stroke - our sessions are tailored to meet you where you are.

Expect:

  • Gentle seated exercises - no need to worry about standing or complex movements
  • Nostalgic music from the 50s and 60s
  • A friendly, supportive atmosphere where everyone belongs
  • Professional guidance with exercises adapted to your abilities
  • Tea, coffee and conversation - stay for refreshments and a chat!

Carers are warmly welcomed to join in (at no charge) or can use this time for a well-deserved break while their loved one enjoys the session in safe, caring hands!

First session FREE, then £7 per week. Booking essential. Please call 01273 284090 or email [email protected]

Please note the sessions only run during term time.
