Stay Smart, Grow Strong is a fully funded business support programme from the East Sussex Growth Hub, delivered by Freedom Works.
Taking place from May to July across East Sussex, the programme offers a series of eight practical, in-person workshops designed to support sole traders, micro and small businesses who are already up and running and looking to strengthen their foundations and move forward with confidence.
Each session focuses on a key area of running a business, including sales, marketing, finance and growth, with a strong emphasis on clear, jargon-free guidance and real-world, actionable advice.
Whether you’re looking for a reset, greater clarity, or your next steps, these workshops provide a supportive space to step back from the day-to-day and focus on building a more sustainable, resilient business.
All workshops are fully funded (free to attend) for eligible East Sussex businesses.
