Weighted Neuro Gym Session

Tuesday, 6pm to 7pm

A weighted exercise class, at the gym, designed to improve your range of movement, balance, strength, cardiovascular fitness and coordination.

The class is led by a fully qualified Exercise Specialist for Neurological conditions. This class is suitable for people with neurological conditions, such as: Early Onset Parkinson’s, MS and Fibromyalgia, aged 18 to 60.
