Parent of 2, childminding since 2012, nursery practitioner for 10 yrs, after school and holiday playscheme co-ordinator for 2-11 yr olds, nanny for 3 yrs, NVQ assessor in childcare/early years for 3 yrs, Certificate of Higher Education in Early Years Childcare, Level 3 PTTLS certificate, food hygiene level 2 certificate, Child protection level 1 and 2. COVID training. Offers: messy play; arts and crafts, cooking, singing, story time, outside play - visits to parks, farms and baby and toddler groups, huge selection of toys and books, home cooked meals provided and all age ranges catered for. Good Ofsted February 2025. If required (voluntary) extra costs include £1.00 for snacks per day, £1.50 for lunch per day, £2.50 for a hot meal at dinner time per day, £1 per session contribution towards outings and activities - total maximum of £6 per day on top of hourly rate.

Wraparound childcare

Wraparound childcare is before and after school childcare for primary school aged children in England. The provision typically runs before school from 8am and after school until 6pm, during term time, either on a school site or another local setting such as a community centre, a nursery, or a childminder. This is different from out-of-school activities, or school clubs, which are less frequent and can be a one-off activity.
