I have many years experience as a holistic therapist. Each treatment is tailored specifically to you. You will receive a full consultation before treatment begins, so that I can plan the best outcome for you. I use a blend of Swedish massage, relaxation techniques, and essential oils. Your treatment should be effective on both a physical and mental level. This is the definition of 'holistic'.
After further training in 2014 I became qualified to work with older people and used my skills to work in care homes, specifically working with people living with dementia. My treatments are especially useful if you are older and/or live with chronic or persistent pain.
