((BOUNCE)) is a HIIT workout, which offers Fun, Friendly, and Fierce fitness classes using mini trampolines. This is type of exercise is called Rebounding, which may very well be one of the most effective forms of exercise in the world.
The classes consist of dance routines that are choreographed to offer a full body workout suitable for anyone above the age of 8.
Our classes are mainly designed for adults/young adults that are looking for a new and exciting way to keep active and healthy.
