Brighton Tinnitus Support Group

Our aim is to support those with tinnitus by informing, educating, and giving advice. We have guest speakers, assistive equipment, reading materials, and information regarding the latest research. We also offer relaxation exercises and techniques as well as positive, constructive conversations.

We meet on the second Wednesday of every other month, 6-8pm
