Our Centre opened in 1984 to improve the mental and physical health, wellbeing and life chances of people in Sussex living with Multiple Sclerosis . Being a user-led centre we understand the challenges of living with this life changing condition. Whether you are newly diagnosed or have lived with MS for many years, you'll find support, advice and services at the centre that will help you manage your symptoms and stay active.
You are welcome to come and meet us and look round the centre and see what we get up to. Please call to make an appointment so that we can spend some quality time with you.
