A free monthly meeting for those going through perimenopause and menopause. We usually meet on the 3rd Friday of each month from 6.30-8pm, to chat, and listen to a guest speaker.
This month we meet on 16th October to discuss skincare in menopause, with Jane Long from Jane Long Wellbeing.
