10am - 12 noon.
Come along to our Social Groups in Ringmer, St Mary's Church Room Monday and Thursday 10am - 12 noon, where you can have a cuppa, some breakfast and chat to others. We don't have organised activities but we do invite groups in to talk to us and also come along and try new things such as arm chair yoga, table tennis etc. We are open to all ages and abilities. We are open to all Foundry patients. £1.50 donation.
