- 20th - 26th May, Hidden Gems of Heritage Exhibition: This exhibition curated by Umit Ozturk, the coordinator of EuroMernet marks the “World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development”, popularly known as “Cultural Diversity Day”, this particular day celebrates the richness of the world’s cultures, and also the essential role of intercultural dialogue for achieving peace and sustainable development. The exhibition features examples of intangible cultural heritage from around the world. It has a particular focus on the fascinating examples of various forms of heritage traditions and practices that have not gained worldwide visibility, popularity and appreciation due to weak level of reporting and publicity.
